The most important asset to any PVA Office is the staff. We take our education training very seriously as we feel as though the more we learn the better we are to serve our county. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions.

Kevin Shepherd (Deputy PVA since July 1999)

Kevin is our mapping coordinator and field crew leader. He also fields phone calls, assists customers and adjusts vehicle values. He is very knowledgable on surveys and our mapping program.

Whitney Kemp (Deputy PVA since September 2016)

Whitney performs all of our deed transfers, including partial sales. She also fields phone calls, adjusts vehicle values, and assists customers. She goes out of her way to help our customers.

Bobby Keys (Deputy PVA since July 2020)

Bobby answers phones, assists customers, reconciles KAVIS reports, and adjusts vehicle values for taxpayers. Bobby is kind and helpful to all that enter the office.
